Deltra Goodrum rips off Arcade Fire

Delta Goodrem’s fans may not know who Arcade Fire are but a lot of musicians do, and they think her new song sounds a lot like Rebellion (Lies).

But the alleged similarities between Sitting on Top of the World, Delta’s first new single in four years, and Rebellion (Lies), one of Arcade Fire’s biggest hits, are dominating music blogs and social media.

Darren Cross, a former member of Australian electro act Gerling, claims on his blog the E.L.F. that The Voice judge “totally rips off Arcade Fire” in her song.

Shut the fuck up Delta.
