Newsroom star Alison Pill must be uttering a combination of those words to every friend, relative, co-worker and stranger who raises their eyebrows at her after she accidentally posted a picture of her naked breasts on Twitter.
Usually celebrity naked pics are leaked onto the web by jealous exes or phone thieves, but Pill admitted her mistake to all 13,597 of her followers.
