I have nearly 10GB of file readers, veiwers, decoders, unpackers, decompressors, decrypters, and codecs on my computer, yet it never ceases to amaze me that some asswipe is going to send me a file that I can't read or has had the extension removed or changed.

So I mail them back WTF is that file extension. Well don't you have majic elph phile phantom or some shit like that. No! What I can down load it. Cool. After sifting through broken links and pages that no longer exist I find majic elph phile phantom 3.0 and down load it.

To set up this shit I've got to set up two directories rename the file import it into the program set up the file size, configure the compression ratio, designate the output file type, then get the message that the file excedes the parameters of the trial version but I can buy the full version for only 249.95. What the fuck good is this.

So I delete everything and send them a smacker file marked very important. If they can open it it says in spinning 3D letters "Please Send Files Readable Formats" it takes up about 43Mb uncompressed.
