It's an advertisement taking advantage of that stupid Messenger pop up thing. I get them sometimes. I'd like to know more about the stupid things though and how to stop them.

Right-click 'My Computer', click 'Manage', go to 'Services and Applications', 'Services', double click the 'Messenger' service and disable it.

No it won't, sorry for the rushed post.
The messenger services is used to send messages across a network, e.g as a system administrator sending a message out to the network to warn users of scheduled downtime.

That depends on how important messages about killing popups, or enlarging your penis, are to you.

**** SYSTEM ALERT ****
Your computer is being SPAMMED by a COCKSMOKER on the Internet.
This may be a PAIN IN THE ASS and a TOTAL KNOB JOCKEY could relentlessly SPAM your computer in front of YOUR VERY EYES while you are ONLINE.
Follow MisterBishi's USEFUL instructions and PISS OFF those CUM GOBBLERS for good.
NOTE: Do not SHUTDOWN your computer until you have followed these steps. Clicking on the X in the top right hand corner will close this window FOREVER... unless you decide to open it AGAIN.

Warning! Your computer may be leaking your IP address! Oh no! We've sprung a leak!
Seriously though, you want hosts that you are communicating with to identify your IP address, otherwise how do they know where to send replies to?
But yes, that's just a crappy messenger service warning. Fucking spammers...
