Have a room for rent as the topic suggests in a townhouse in enmore/marrickville.
Not sure of an exact date, but it will be in the next month or so.
Its a 3 bedroom, 2 story, would be sharing bathroom with one other, 2 girls, a cat and a dog.
Rent is $127/week got some pretty avergae and old pics if there is anyone interested. Can email me at frenzie@pez.net ... we were thinking a guy might be good as a balance (heh) but thats not a rule!
