Saturday might be best methinks. My simple ideas include such things as dinners (kinda getting sick of Pancakes, the city offers much more - I'm in the mood for a little variation) and pub-crawling (I know cassa's been dying for some karaoke too, so maybe finally try to fit that in).
Anyway, I'm definitely in.

Videogames don't kill people, drunk karaoke'ers kill people.
More details, and I should be in *chortle*

The 15th is the same day as the CLGA LAN.

I have a suggestion for dinner. We have never been to Lone Star or a steakhouse. They have the most rockin' cheese fries, and they do vegetarian too, and we can go to karaoke afterward... I think tthat there's on in Parramatta too, which could give us a central location, and we can go to karaoke afterward...
Thoughts?
Also, in regards to it being on the same day as the LAN, that's no biggie. If people wanna go to the LAN, they can go. If people wanna come along to this shindig, they are also welcome.

LAN goes all day. If you're wanting to be in the comps it will be a problem though as most start around 6-ish.

I would prefer the friday as I will be at the LAN, although I guess I can leave the LAN early if this is on Saturday.
And yes, Lonestar sounds good to me! :)
Count me in. I'll see if astro is interested so I can get my lazy ass driven out there.
If not then I'll hitch hike :D

I can't work outmy calendar, so as far as me goes, jsut pick a date and I'll try and organise my weekend, cos I got so mcuh stuff thats contingent upon other stuff I can't decipher it.
So if I make it, I make it, if I don't, I don't.
But i's certainly gonna try and be there for ze 1337 Spingo

Well, the plan atm is to go to meet at Lone Star at about 7, then go back to the Willoughby for karaoke afterward. Most of the Chatswood denizens will be departing at around 6:30. I'd say who's going with who will be arranged shortly before then.
Lone Star in Parramatta is located on the corner of Parkes & Anderson Streets. There's normally plenty of parking at the bowling alley a couple of dorrs down.

I'm voting for Chilis instead. While the "all you can eat peanuts" deal from Lone Star sounds quite attractive, the "all you can drink soft drinks" from Chilis is much better.
So, any concrete details on when / where etc?

It's still lone star at 7.
