View Full Version : Worms 3D is God-Like
I just got my hands on a copy of this and I'm in love with it. Although it takes some getting used to to change from the usual 2D worms to 3D it ported over wonderfully...If anyone gets this or has it and wants to play multi sometime, reply to this and we shall set it up! Also if anyone has any comments or anything, tell me what you think!

worms 3d?
oh baby
It's a pain to get online if you have a router though....and the ninja rope is almost impossibly hard to get anywhere with, but other than that, I think it's incredible to play my favorite game in a whole new dimension. Oh yeah one more gripe, since it's 3d and all land is surrounded by water it's VERY easy to knock worms off...i hope they impliment something in the map creation tool that allows you to create caverns, I'm sick of falling in all the time =)

damn ropers.
I hope its as hard as all hell and nobody can master it :D
I played it for 10 mins. Wasn't impressed really. bazookas don't work for shit now, and explosions don't remove enough land. And since you have a crosshair, there is no skill in the shotgun.
Like Lemmings 3D there is no point in converting a classic 2D puzzle.

I kind of disagree, once you get the hang of it, bazookas work well, you can adjust the amount of land explosions remove, and with the crosshair, it's still quite hard to hit worms from far away, about as hard as it was in the other worms because the crosshair moves around when you're trying to aim.
