ok both computers are hooked up and are running ok, but.... Sams computer can go to this certain website but when she tries to post it just goes to a blank screen even after refreshing the post does not go through.

She can go to the index page again but she simple can not post while i can any ideas...

I assume Sam is running WinXP and using Internet Explorer.

Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Components (left hand side) -> Untick Internet Explorer -> Next -> Finish.

Restart computer.

Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Components (left hand side) -> Tick Internet Explorer -> Next -> Finish.

Restart computer.

Start -> Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Click [Delete Cookies] -> Click [Delete Files] -> Click [OK] -> Click [Clear History] -> Click on [Advanced] tab -> Click [Restore Defaults] -> Click [OK]

erm, how are you connecting to the internet?

If its dsl. I would say her MTU is too high. Try dopping it to 1492 or lower.
