scanning software

does anyone know of some free scanning software i can d/l to use for my home scanner?

i've misplaced the cd for the HP PrecisionScan LT program that came with my scanner, i've got some HP scanjet 4200C

my kid brother needs to use it for an assignment and of course it isn't installed since i had a recent format

any help would be greatly appreciated =)

It's usually a good idea to visit the website of the product manufacturer... eg www.hp.com.au
