My boy loves Flash toons. I want to know how to save them to the computer so he can watch them whenever he wants. I've got Mozilla Firebird, if that makes a difference.
Thanks!

Step 1) Get Mozilla Firebird
DONE!
Step 2) Play the flash toon
Step 3) Right click on the page playing the flash, but not on the flash itself.
Step 4) Choose view page info
Step 5) Choose the 'media tab'
You will see the media for the page listed, with the flash one being something like 'sbemail94.swf'. Choose Save as...
OH YEAH!

If any IE only dudes are interested, you can right-click the page, view source, find the name of the *.swf file and then search for it in temp internet files.
Doesn't quite have the finnesse of Goat Boy's method but some of us don't like to have everything done for us :p

I use Bishi's method, then copy it to wherever I want to save it.
nasty, but almost always works
