A 1.7mb PDF explaining a load of stuff and an example workstation.inf which modifies local policy settings; use the .inf at your own risk - I've not tried it.

Either a link to the original PDF file or a zipped archive would be preferable to someone like myself who is using a work computer and can't install Winrar.
