Web Based SMS

I need help. I need to find out how to get free sms' sent over the web. I've tried icq and it continually comes back that optus is not an available network, even though its in their list of available networks.
I've also tried to a Teltra phone and the same deal.

Has anyone found a Web Based sms service that works, thats free, and that doesn't send you advertising?

You get sms ads through smspup, do you know if you get them with Blue Sky Frog?

Basically, to my knowledge, all web based SMS places will send you advertisments to your phone and require you to take surveys, refer mates to the site and read their advertisments to actually get SMS credits.

The only other place I know that did do it is down and has been for about a year. Our work pays for us to have web/email based sms and i administer it. It's a pain but a handy service to have available to users.
