What if George Herbert Bush were to come out of retirement in 2008 and run for the presidency again? He's only served one term as president, so he can legally do it. I know that he's old now, but surely the mental retardation he's got doesn't suffer with age. Look at Reagan, he was 71 when elected to the presidency, I'm sure Bush could serve a second term at 84 years of age.

I've always understood that in US a person can be a president for as many terms as one like. It's just that Washington said one man should only be elected twice, but there is no actual law for it.
