The Hospitals - already fucked
Busses - Only the private ones turn up and they are still late.
Ferries - have there not been a few try to mount the pier lately
Roads - It has been a few years since you could drive to work in peakhour without sitting in stationary traffic.
Prison system - Rivkin has only spent two weekends in gaol, if he turned up every week it would have been over by now.
