Hi All,
I think 20 past midnight is late rather than early.. when does it become early?
I dunno..
These are the deep questions I struggle with in life...
Well, nice to meet you all,

A philosopher, I see. It's good to see someone else considers life's important issues.

I reckon that it should be determined by your state prior to asking the question. Thus, if you were already awake then 12:20am would probably be considered late. Whereas, if you were asleep before asking the question then said time would probably be considered early.
However, having said that, if you're one of those people with an out-of-the-norm body clock - quite possibly due to working nightshifts - you might consider the opposite of the above statements to be true.
It's all relative.

Hmm.. valid points... I think more time on a hilltop will bring me clarity...
Of course, that would involve climbing a hill, and hell, I already know its there, so why climb it...

The changeover between late and early for me happens at about 4 am.

That's pretty fair.. That way you're definitely catching a cab home driven by a guy (or girl) who's started work that morning - so its early. Until then you'll probably catch a cab of someone who's been working since the day before - so its late.
Yep - I like it. 4am it is.
So I guess it was late, but not even that late really...

Never argue if the glass is half full or half empty - just finish your drink and be done with it!
