How exactly do you want to manipulate them?

Say if I wanted to do some sampling but only need a guitar rift or something.
Can it be done? If so, how?
And what is a good program to use for electronica making?

I have only one tip:
Try to make your thread title less vague next time.

Reason 2.5 has practically everything that you want for electronica, its blissssssssss
Its a little intimidating at first, as it practically has everything, but by jeeves you can make some really nice synths with it.
If you wanna listen to some stuff that my mate and me have made (mostly my mates stuff and damn its good, hee needs to get off his arse and start selling the shit) purely with Reason
:D
for sampling, go with Sound Forge.
Seriously if you want it, get it, it *cough*retails*cough* for a fair bit though.

Thanks for that. I start checking the "retail" stores for both.
You have a link for your stuff so I can have a gander at it?
