Dual-Display with 2 Adapters?

Is it possible to configure a dual-display desktop with 2 adaptors (video cards)?

In short: Yes. Depending on the card(s) and OS you may need an extra driver. But it's doable.

Any chance of the long version?

My primary display adaptor is a Radeon 9200.

I tried using a PCI Savage 3. That refused to work (wouldn't initialize the 2nd monitor).

ah yes...

OS: Windows XP Pro

Primary Adaptor: Radeon 9200 (Although I have a Geforce FX 5200 sitting around if thats easier)

Secondery Adaptor: any one of a dozen PCI graphics cards.
