Exchange 2K Custom Undeliverable Messages

Just wondering if it is possible and if so how....

I wish to send custom message undeliverable messages from Exchange 2000 for certain email address.
I don't want to use any 3rd party software.

If you only want specific addresses to use the custom NDR, the best way of doing it is to create a mailbox that supports the addresses in question, and then create a server side rule that auto replies with the required message and deletes the incoming mail.
