Monitoring Internet Traffic

Greetings all
Anyone got or know of some freebie or shareware program which can monitor internet traffic on a domain?
Unfortunately where i work all internet traffic goes back to the head office's proxy server.
Links etc would be appreciated or even general rant thanks

2K should have a snmp on it. I know XP pro does.

check add/remove programs, under windows components.

i actually found some freebie software ( shareware ) called ip monitor
does the trick, fully sic:D
