Why you should always wear a helmet when riding your bike!!!

These are some pics of one of my mates, shortly after he had a run in with a large rock, whilst riding his bike. The lesson to be learnt here is "always wear your helmet, especially when riding at night".

Learnt that lesson when I was 8. Road coming flying at my face only to be stopped by less then a cebtimeter by my trusty helmet, chipped toooth(big teeth pommy dad you see) lesson learnt.
