The case of nodbugger is clearly an exception that proves the rule. When the issue of reputation points was first raised, immediately nodbugger chimed in with his entirely valid and worthy (paraphrased) point - "I guess that means i'm gone now".

The reaction to this was "hey, yeah, he WILL get the arse... jesus, i didn't think it would go that far!", and as such, the groupthink swung, all at once, from people wishing his outright death to people not minding him so much after all - atleast he's a target you can reliably pick on, eh!

So he was modded up. Occasionally, here and there, a few people would slip him a sympathetic reputation point, just to ensure he could stick around. I know i've modded him up, because i would hate to see a fellow dissenter cast from the site for the crime of having an opposing viewpoint.

I don't really want to carry this conversation on any further, clearly you're not clever enough to read between the lines yourself and see what's so readily apparent to others. No offense Sambo, but when has Nodbugger really said anything interesting? Amusing (by stupidity), but all he talks about 99% of the time is war, guns, bush, or some political jargon that causes threads to disintegrate into an argument.
