I've lost count of the number of times, that I've read these books:
A Clockwork Orange - Anthony Burgess
A Year in Provence - Peter Mayle
Neither here nor there - Bill Bryson
Are there any books that you keep going back to?
The Hitchhikers "trilogy" - Douglas Adams

The Hitchhikers "trilogy" - Douglas Adams
Same read it three times this year already.
Hmm.. strange. I've never re-read a book ever. I've got shitloads of books and I've never re-read. I tried with Magician (Raymond Feist) and I couldn't. Even after 10 years I still knew what was going to happen...

The discworld series. Between me and my sister, we've got the whole thing up to now. Every so often, I start at colour of magic and go all the way to the end.
Catch 22. It's comedy in a bucket. Fuckit
The Bible. Thanks to crippling toilet paper shortages, the Good Book has saved my arse on many occasions. Praise the Lord!
Once I was on holidays up at foster. That place gets really boring the fifteenth time you've been. I had no money and one book. Doom: Endgame. Someone wrote a book series based on Doom. Read Endgame no less than twentyseven times that week

I have the problem that i'll read my books set them down then the go missing. But the ones im rereading right now are. The hitchhickers guide collection, The Johnny The Homicidal Maniac Collection (By jhonnen vanquez the guy who made zim the invader) And of course Queen of the damned,The vampire lestat,Interview with a vampire, and the vampire armond.
Do comic books count? Books are a little long to warrant too many re-readings, but a good comic can be done in a day or so.
- Batman: The Dark Knight Returns
- Batman: Year One
- Kingdom Come
- Superman for All Seasons

All of Iain Banks' stuff
I love The Wasp Factory.
I re-read a lot of Bret Easton Ellis' stuff, especially American Psycho. I never get bored of the sick, mindless violence.
I have never been able to read any of the Lord Of The Rings books. I have tried and tried but I can never get past the first few pages. Weird.

only got the first 4 books at the moment, waiting for the next 3 to come out in softcover...
its ridiculous that they can sell the first four books in the set for $60, yet try to sell each of the next 3 individually for $65 :(

I'd like to see a fight between an Anne Rice vampire and a gauntlet wielding Wamphyri. Angst versus psychotic arse-kicker.

Danny the Champion of the World
I am with MaJeztik (its a R. Dahl) - But this book is a standout - everytime I read it (and it has been over 22 yrs since I first read it) it gets better - A must read for all men before they die.
