I gladly accepted the Halo2 Limited Addition Tin Box (ooh real Tin!) last night @ EB Chatswood. Took it home, slowly unwrapped it, then tore at the shrink wrap plastic like an eager little tike at Christmas time. Opened the box up and WTF NO DISK!


Just kidding ;) Woke my housemate up to watch the start of the show (as he has been an eager little munchkin too) and got into about an hour of gaming.
Without spoiling anything this games ROXORS your SOXORS off from w3rd go.
Great graphics, tough aliens (they're a LOT smarter this time) and the XBOX controller was made for this game. IMO you won't be disappointed with this game.
I only hope other game design companies use this as a benchmark for upcoming games.

I camped out with my mate in Penrith last night to grab it. We were quite close to the front of the queue and still only got in the store at 12:45am. That was from EB. Surprisingly Games Wizards had only 1/2 a dozen people there.

I personally am not a big fan of Halo ... don't understand the love of it. Single player is BORING, and the multiplayer doesn't grab me either (Seems focused too much on Sniper Rifles and Sticky Grenades).

But hey, I'm not one to go "I can't believe you like that game, you're a dickhead" because that's just lame. People will always have differrent tastes and I accept that.

So for those who got it ENJOY. I know I'll end up spending many hours playing it with the boys even if it isn't my cup of tea :)
