The upload button in the Gallery doesn't work for me. What am I to do?

Ahhhhh, it must be your computer! I suggest you buy a new PSU, that should solve it!

This is happening for me also.

When you go into the news images section, the upload button is disabled. And when you click the menu option to upload news images, it says I don't have permission.
