You will be:

Good at HTML/CSS.. and a bit of JavaScript if possible

K$50 for a HTML code monkey? What have you got for senior web development consultants with 10+ years experience?

Pirate- believe me they never called us back. they filled it themselves and we found out a mth later... Needless to say we arent dealing with them anymore.

And when i say $50K - its more for the web producer/content management side of things. The more experienced you are in this - the more money...

code monkeys get proportionately less than manager/analysts... i suppose its cos the mgmt/analysts are dealing more with people... kinda wrong though
