Old ZHouse: Room for Rent

From the 15th January we will have 1 spare room in the Old ZHouse. Sambo will be moving on in this date as will astro (who will share the large room with me).

It's a great location, close to transport to the city (buses and trains), shops (Coles, Chatswood Chse, Westfield etc) and CHOOKAS in walking distance. Stand alone House with HUGE backyard, 1 bathroom (and one out house as well), 3 bedroom, huge loungeroom, study (for computers) and back room/dining room in nice, green, leafy, quiet street.

Internet: 1500 ADSL connection with iinet. I pay most of this as my work covers the cost. I have a couple of wireless routers in the house too so you can run wireless if you like.

Rent will be $410 per month with 4 ppl. At the moment it's $560.

My only concern at first was the car, but now that that's no longer a concern, and that its five minutes walk to the station... then any other questions i had on my mind right now have left me. If i think of something else, then I shall ask, but until then I guess I'll speak to you about it saturday night imp :)
