High, first day back at my uni house for the new term.
Low, having 4 assignments for the first 3 days of term.

Low: being unable to contact the wanky fly-by-night furniture company that "misplaced" our bedside tables we ordered, then didn't deliver them yesterday as they said they would...
High: tracking down the mobile number of owner of forementioned company and giving it to my very irate wife to ring him. She yells at people much better than I do, probably because she's practiced yelling at me so much.

High: Finding out today that Centrelink (Australia's Social Security system) owes me 3 years of 'backpay' for my 4 kiddies. (they're now in my care full-time after the mother of said children has pissed off interstate, and i was wondering where i was gonna find the money for uniforms, shoes, fees, bunk beds and prescription glasses for two of them.).
Even Higher: Finding out that the ex-wife claimed she had the kids 100% of the time and therefore LIED. Centrelink are about to drop the unrelenting hammer of debt on her soft skull.

2. They call that entrapment. Having your dad 'hang out' in parking lots enticing the little gay boys is a bit underhanded.

The high of my semester that just ended is that I am at a
4.0 GPA for the semester and a 3.8 GPA cumulative. I am quite pleased. I've already signed up for next semester which starts on January 18, 2005. I am taking six classes for 18 hours of credits however, I will graduate in May 2005 with an Associates in Applied Science Degree.yayayayaya!

Low: Finding out this week that I don't get 3 years worth of back pay. The won't back date the payments.
High: The ex-wife is still in trouble for the money she overclaimed.
Low: Landlord has EVICTED us from spacious three bedroom apartment because the four kids have moved in (ages 6, 8, 10 and 12). We're 9 months into a 12 month lease. It's not as if we planned on it. 28 days notice. He says he's being generous because he could have given us 14 because we broke the lease agreement.
High: Within 6.5 hours we found another place to live. That meant I didn't have to have even one nights of disturbed sleep of... 'WHAT AM I GONNA DO'.
Low: We need bond money.
High: Real Estate agents (who love us even if the landlord is a cunt) say we can transfer our bond money to a new place.
Low: The new residence is with a real estate competitor so it's 'ummmm, sorry, we can't transfer it, only after you've vacated'. BUT I NEED THE MONEY NOW DAMMIT!
High: I've still got my 4 kids and CharmedOne. Even if she did have a day out on the lake with her parents on a boat on Tuesday and caught me fish for dinner but got that badly sunburnt that she looks like a burns victim. I've now grounded her from going out in the sun.
