Suggestion: Spellcheck

is it possible to include some kind of spell check on the post screen?

i know 99 percent of folks on the site would ignore it but it would really help news posters clean up submissions and folks in discussion threads.

also, the site still needs more nosedog.

Good idea, unfortunately there is no way to wire it up to a Ion Cannon in the atmosphere to vaporize anyone who uses the term l8r or U in place of you. Or is there?

Yeah, I've seen the spell check thing in other vBulletin forums, so I'd say there's a module you can plug in...I also think it's a good idea.

I know there are spell checkers out there but the problem is from what I read they use a lot of system resources. Once we move to the new dedicated server I don't think it will be a problem.

Yeah i've really found no use for a spellchecker because I tend to check myself for the most part.Also, Most of the time I notice misspelled words, they're put in there on purpose or of the "they're/their" type.
