Hey all,

looking for a sydney based helpdesk analyst, for a major law firm based in the CBD. Good pay rate, there is a contract role and a permanent position.

*need a degree in computer science or something similar,
*1-2yrs exp in helpdesk
*great communication skills
*pref experience previously in a law firm, or a professional services company

Why would you need a degree in computer science for helpdesk?

a degree in something. they are looking for someone who is going to look further than a helpdesk, and move up through the company. they are rather good at doing this.

that and they like intelligence :D
