Howdy all,
1 medium bedroom for rent in Brunswick St, New Farm, Brisbane.
To share with 2 guys (Im a shift worker but i dont mind noise), no preference on gender. Smokers, but only outisde.
20m walk to inbound bus stop, extremely close to shops, bottle-o and generally a prime position. Perfect for someone that works in the city.
15 minute walk to Queen Street.
No garage, but plenty of street parking and can park on the driveway.
$100 per week, Plus 4 weeks bond.

Sorry about the place not being that clean, i assure you that we are neat and tidy. The people that are moving out decided to tell us a week before they did so (like 30 minutes ago) so this is a bit of a rush job :)
