NEW DELHI: Pakistan will be a "failed" state by 2015 as it would be affected by civil war, complete Talibanisation and struggle for control of its nuclear weapons, premier US intelligence agencies have said in an assessment report.

CIA reports can be conflicting at times. Intelligence reports can actually say opposite things like: Iraq has WMDs and Iraq doesn't have WMD's. They then hash it out and come to a consensus of what they think is the best assessment. It is an imperfect science as we all have noted. I was just having a little fun with the source. Report may or may not be accurate, I have no idea.
