It's really no secret that I hate most of you and hold firm in my belief that the majority population of zgeek suffers from at minimum a mild form of retardation. And there's nothing that brings out the downs syndrome like the rep system. It's become a stage where people beg for acceptance and what's even more pitiful than that is that their requests are accommodated and then reciprocated into one colossal circle jerk. To many this meaningless number under their username has become their e-penis, a representation of how big their manhood really is. This is the one positive aspect of the rep system, because it allows me to kick people where it really counts, in their Internet cock.

I can go into any thread and kick at least three people on every page for something stupid they said or completely failing at humor, but what's really funny is that the second they've found that I've nailed them right in the rep, they seek out one of my posts that's completely unrelated to return the favor, but of course I don't care. What they don't seem to realize is that I genuinely thought their post was bane on everyone's existence and I would tell them that in my comment. They on the other hand are simply trying to extract some pitiful form of vengeance and that pretty much affirms that my original assumption that the person was an idiot was true.

It's my belief that people that are that pitiful and petty need special ridicule. It's because of this need that this thread was born as a place to single out the stupidity of others that use negative rep as a form of feeble revenge. Take for instance these fine examples of Internet scum.

There is the opportunity to mix thoughtful and considered comment with fanny jokes – and as the site continues in perpetuity, its content becomes more relevant. If there was no on-going discussion on this site, obviously it would slowly grind to a halt. Content is determined by the readership – democratic literature. It's this evolving content and its growing audience that makes the site and its contributors, by any definition, 'successful'.

For every nugget of insightful commentary, there is a mountain of ill-conceived diatribes and adolescent humour… but it is possible to enjoy all aspects of the site, if you stick to the forums that interest you. I usually don’t read the Tech forums, because they don’t interest me… but the content I have read seems to be on-topic and valid.

Rather than broad siding the whole site, why not just be a little more judicious in what you read and don’t read, skip over the posts that don’t interest you (or even better inspire people to comment more thoughtfully through your own contributions) and treat the site more like a 'pick and mix’ rather than ‘all you can eat’ (plus a whole chicken)… inevitably, the morsels you do savour will be more enjoyable.

Can anyone remember the last time Zgeek attracted a newbie that was worth anything more than a sack of horse shit? Really, when I think about it Stygian was probably the last one I can remember joining that I can actually identify before I just started looking at newbies as adding to one ubiquitous crap heap of new users. It's like all the new users we've gotten lately were cloned in a make shift laboratory converted from a meth lab in the back of a 1978 Buick Sport Wagon.

Take this loser for example. Even when you consider that most of the newbies here are lumped together in massive conglomerate entity of shit, this StAUG fellow is exceptionally lowly. Even a shit monster needs an asshole and that's a role that StAUG seems to excel at. First of all, doing something twice, such as quoting multiple people in a single post, does not constitute a trend. Also quoting multiple people in a single post is in fact encouraged in many forums, here on zgeek it is more of a users option. However, quoting people in general is a very valuable tool that provides clarity to your posts and when your posts contain as much witless prattle as yours do, every little bit of clarity can help. For example take my comment in my previous post where I told bund that reciting decimals of pi is something Rain Man could do. Without the quote that preceded it, comment would have been meaningless. Therefore, you can now see why quoting people is important, let me tell you what this means to you.

In your last post where you were rambling about vocabulary and grammar and other things that made no sense quoting whoever you were responding to would have at least provided a target to your post instead of it just becoming the Internet equivalent of running out into the street and screaming at passing cars. This would have helped a lot because there's at least four people that have informed you that you're a rambling jackass since you last posted in this thread.

On to point two part A, sally forth!

To me, there has never been an issue in this thread, it was stated repeatedly that I started it to piss on a select few petty little bitches. I've never made any claim that people are required to take my criticism. I've reiterated it several times that I made this thread to highlight certain users who retaliated to negative rep by seeking out an unrelated post and attempted to get revenge for it by decreasing a number.
