I have a few problems with what you've said;
1) Crime is relative. Some countries don't see rape (or even murder) as a crime, for example, therefore the statistics are useless.
2) The countries more populous that the USA (China and India) don't have the same efficiencies for reporting crime, therefore there is probably more crime in those countries, however it is not reported.
3) There are more than 300 million people in the US, so it stands to reason that there is more crime. In order for the statistics to have any meaning, they would have to be represented as percentages of the population.
