This house has ducted heating and 2 toilets (woot) and a balcony out the back. Rear car access.

Cost is $131.6666666666666 per week. (plus bond)
House will have 1.5/256 ADSL (wireless router) and phone with iinet (this exchange will go 8mg/1mg within 6 months).
