Without much further knowledge, how serious is this woman in general? She sounds like a troll. Does anyone actually take her seriously? I know she's mostly a writer which is fair enough because I don't think she's too much of an orator.

I don't watch Fox news, or television news for that matter, I get my news from NPR or the web. She was calling on a boycott of Canada and there was probably some people out there saying 'hell yeah' or something to the effect. I'm pretty sure that Canada would not have much trouble finding markets for its mineral resources, I think China would be more than interested.

She has a point. Canada has no need to maintain it's own armed forces. The US would simply never allow Canada to fall into hostile hands. If they wanted to, Canada could get away with having no military at all of it's own.

The term "Nuke" is a corrupted abbreviation of the word "nuclear". I has nothing to do with the mechanism of delivery, and everything to do with the manner in which explosive power is released from the device.
