Inserting images

How do i insert an image to a post? Not as an attachment, but just insert it next to the text? I see the button to click on for it but dont know what to put in the pop up from then on ... help please?????

Put the location of the image into the popup... eg http://www.yourhost.com/images/funnypic.gif
