Man I love Nirvana.

I saw Chemical Brothers live at last BDO. That was intense. Best show I've ever seen, the way they worked the crowd and the visual journey they synched with the music... ahhh *reminisces*

Let's see how long my bandwidth will last. If possible, try to download before the end of the month to eat up my leftover August bandwidth. The quality isn't the best, but you get what you pay for. I probably should have played around with the equaliser on my stereo before I started recording because the bass fuzzes sometimes.

Right-click & Save As

And The Flaming Lips (37 MB) for the flaming homo. There's a little static on this one. // Link Removed

i found it really ironic when, during the RATM set, there were a few thousand people all shouting in unison "fuck you, i won't do what you tell me".

More... MORE! Need Grinspoon, JBT, Green Day, The Strokes, Beasties, Jeff Buckley, Hilltops, Powderfinger, The Cure, Pearl Jam, Frenzal, System of a Down, Faithless, Nirvana and Metallica....

Go! It's not THAT tall an order ;)

Afro88
29-08-2005, 12:08 PM
Beasties

I'll put in my order for the Beasties too :)

Anyone who wants the Chemical Brothers set, it's the Sydney 2000 one that's literally all over the internet, do a search for "chemical brothers sydney" in kazaa/limewire/soulseek and you'll find it.

Muse, Violent Femmes, Franz Ferdinand, Split Enz, INXS, Faith No More, Cure, Dandy Warhols and Interpol

I missed the first 30 seconds or so because Dave Callan was busy talking about someone's mum or something, and forgot to play the intro to signal the start of a new set. You didn't miss anything though, it was just the same riff playing over and over again. It actually goes on for another 40 seconds after I start recording.

Oh yeah that. Kingsmill actually babbled on for a few minutes and I think there was even a break for the news in there. I edited it so that you just get Kingsmill explaining that it must have been a roadies fault and cut straight to when the music started again.

I've been pruning down the mp3's I've got and came across a pleasant surprise. They squeezed in a small set by my favourite band. So here it is:

Faith No More is being uploaded now.

There's quite a bit of static on this one as well. You can blame King Crud. His momma and sister were over at my house playing with their double ended vibrator and it must have screwed up the reception. Yeah.
