*.wav question

Hi guys,

I need to find a *.wav (or otherwise) of the sound of a film projector running. Does anyone know where I might be able to locate this?

I'm pretty sure that VideoWave (a video editing program, version 4 or 5) came with an AVI file of an old fashioned film count down (it was like an extras cd, or it was a sample). It had the film projector sound in it.

Not sure if that helps much, but if you were able to find it you could pull the sound off it using the video editing program itself.

Otherwise do a search for soundboards. I checked www.wavsounds.com but nothing came up in the results.

thanks for replying - I sent the word out to a group of mates and someone else happened to have that very *wav. Still, the link you've given me has a wealth of other stuff I am going to hoard as stock. Cheers.
