I hadn't noticed this forum when I started my Aussie beer and wine threads.

Then again, this part of the site looks fairly deserted -- I would suggest giving culinary/beverage threads a run on the General Forum and once they die out, have them reassigned here -- where they can continue to thrive as re-runs.
