So... I have an annoying thumb twitch... I also developed a twitchy shoulder muscle for a few hours yesterday....

I read somewhere that magnesium, calcium, and potassium deficiencies can cause twitchy muscles....

So I'm looking at adding foods with those things to my diet... calcium is fine (cheese, milk, etc?)

but potassium and magnesium are what I need help with :D

I would recommend seeing a doctor mate, it could be something serious in it's early stages, you never know...

Oh, I am. tomorrow 8am.

But like everything else, tests will be done, and i'll get no response.

So I'm already looking at it from the other point of view.

Good sources of potassium include:

* Fish, such as salmon, flounder, cod and sardines
* Meat, such as beef and chicken
* Peas
* Lima beans
* Tomatoes
* Potatoes (especially their skins)
* Leafy green vegetables
* Citrus fruits
* Bananas
* Apricots
* Melon
* Dried fruit
* Nuts
* Chocolate

Good luck mate:D
