In other news, I'm looking for a new flatmate! Our pad is totally sweet and gnarly and the place could be described as:

"
Penthouse apartment, massive balcony with city views, spacious living area, large bedroom, security parking. 5 mins to station, 10 minutes walk to city. Share with 1 male (funny looking with eating disorder but smells nice and has large DVD collection )

"
If you know of anyone who is looking to move before or very soon to Xmas and they might consider this place, please ask them to contact me (PM or email to abelgold@hotmail.com)

Isn't "Our pad" more of a collective term ?

How many personalities does he have ?

Interested, but unsure as to when I could move. I have a few people in sydney interested in taking me on for jobs, and it depends on the outcome of them to if I need to move or not.

Sorry folks... brain went down for a little while.

Yeah, Darlington is the sexy little suburb of Sydney. Walking distance to the city, Newtown, Glebe, Surry Hills etc. Roughly 7 or 8 pubs within 5 mins walk of the front door.. the closest is about 30 seconds or 40 seconds stumble.

It's a large apartment and the rooftop of the building is actually my balcony.

I actually really love this place and would hate to move out.

Damn.
I would jump at the chance, the place looks *nice* and its in the areas I was looking at moving!

But we just got a new housemate in and if I move again, i'm gunna be living alone.

if it wasn't for the whole co-habiting thing I have going on I'd consider it.
