Turkey Roast

I just bought a turkey leg thingo stuffed with cranberry and walnut...

I wanna cook it at christmas. (why else buy turkey... oh delicious turkey)

What goes with it?

peas, beans, broccoli. Don't overcook them though.

Also, roast veges of all sorts, sweet potato, normal potato, pumpkin, carrot, onions, whole garlic...

For gravy, I fing buying those masterfood sauces the best and adding any drippings etc from the meat. Only serve it if it tastes good, if not just chuck it out.
