I figure this is one of the more appropriate spots for this thread..
I have this little 50mL bottle of Amarula cream liqueur that excalibur gave me a while back (so maybe he can help me too :P), and I'm wondering what I do with it? :p
How does one drink this stuff? In a small glass on it's own? With milk? In cooking? And what kind of recipes would one use this liqueur in? I presume desserts..
I have no idea...

You still have that?? Holy Shit, I gave that too you over a year ago.
It goes really well on the rocks, and it's not overly strong alcohol, so it's easy to sip. You can also mix with milk.
NB: the following is untested, and purely imagined by me about 3 seconds ago.
put some in whipped cream and have with fruit.
Anything you do with baileys, this is a good substitute.

The thought crossed my mind too, but I thought everyone knew that, thusly the suggestion was not required.

You'll be happy to know, I invented a cocktail for that stuff. I love inventing new drinks :)
