optimus prime kicked the shit out of everyone, the only other one even close to his coolness was the one who transformed into a plane and he was a suckup to the gun transformer.

i cant remember names. ever. sucks when i find a christmas present with a random name on it and i dont know who its for.

Megatron was the stuff, especially when he blew away Optimus in the movie, damn that was cool.
Starscream was alright, his voice was great.

If you're talking only about decepticons then you mean Trypticon. He was the Decepticons mobile base. Could transform into a T-Rex looking thing, a tank, and a weapons platform/base. The Autobots version of this guy was Metroplex, and he was just plain fucking cool!

There were also combaticons who were lead by onslaught and all of them combined into Bruticus. And there were the stunticons, who were a bunch of cars and trucks and they all combined to transform into Menasor. And in the movie there were the insecticons, who ate metal but they don't combine into a super warrior.

Trypticon thats the one, that big black purple and green fucker :) I remember him from the call of the primatives episode, very cool.

I used to have the Metroplex transformer, he was fucking awesome. Then my mom threw it out one day, i was distraught.

Grimlock?

Nah Grimlock was the leader of the Dinobots on the Autobots side.

The Dinobots were the single coolest sub-group in the entire series, except for maybe the junkbots. The leader of them was bloody awesome too.

Weren't the Constructicons kinda on both sides? Or was that the Dynobots?

I remember there was one little group that kinda swapped? Or am i just going nuts?
