My Skankhole, now with extra skank

After the demise of my relationship I decided to get a place of my own, we were getting kicked out of our flat at the end of the month anyway. After looking at 6 places I decided to choose the one with dead cockroaches and no working laundry. I've put down a deposit so it should be mine from next week. We already have the z-unit and the z-house, so now I'd like to introduce you to the z-skankhole. There's actually a place on Glebe Point Rd which i will also apply for and if i get it I will drop the deposit on the z-skankhole, because the place in Glebe is worth iit. Unfortunately I don't have much time to be choosy so I had to take what I could get.

if u decide to take the place in glebe, u may only lose the a 60-70 dollars of the deposit for the petersham property. u will only lose the deposit for the days the place was reserved .
positive thing is, the oxford tavern is just up the road..., and the secret z-lair is between redman and kruds place.

Well I know you were all huge fans of the z-skankhole but unfortunately I've had to let it go, as I've been offered the place in Glebe that I liked. Let me introduce you to the z-lovepad. (http://www.realestate.com.au/cgi-bin/rsearch?a=o&s=nsw&c=67048260&tm=1137480392&id=401952869&f=0&p=10&t=ren&ty=&snf=&ag=&cu=&fmt=&header=) Although there's no interior shots on the website I can assure you it's much nicer than the skankhole, maybe not as big though. And the description says above the shop but it's actually in an apartment block behind the shops. It's very private and is in good condition. And it's about 50m from the Toxteth Hotel.

And LJ Hooker gave me a full refund of my deposit on the skankhole. I don't know about others but I've lived in two properties managed by these guys and they've always been pretty good. My new agent is Bentons, who I've not dealt with. Anyone had them before?
