Come on, take it easy on the guy. Sure, his first post is in the "I really need a root" forum, and it may have been classic "new to this intarweb forum thing", but surely you could cut a n00b some slack.

I mean the newbie lounge is there for n00bs, but it doesn't have to be the only place a n00b post their first thread.
