I decided to cook this at 22:30 hence the title.
Ingredients 1:
1 whole Chilli, preferably Birds Eye, sliced (include the seeds)
A few stalks of coriander, chopped finely
A small piece of root ginger, grated (optional)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon thai fish sauce (nam pla)
Put ingredients one in a pestle and mortar or food processor thingy and mash fuck out of them so they're like a liquidy thing with bits of seed and leaf in! :8:
Ingredients 2: A bag of green salad of some description from the supermarket! :8:
When you have smashed fuck out of Ingredients 1 like I told you to, pour it gradually over ingredients 2 whilst mixing it up and stuff. YOU DONT HAVE TO SMASH FUCK OUT OF INGREDIENTS 2.
Ingredients 3: A big fucking steak.
Method: Do the stuff I told you to with ingredients 1 and 2. Cook Ingredients 3 the way you like it and serve it on top of the 1 and 2 combination.
DO NOT SMASH FUCK OUT OF THE DISH ANY MORE IT IS NOW COMPLETE.
