My Question is, IS anything I've done, going to come back and bite me in the ass? If I can be semi-sure that I'm in the clear, I'll notify Biscu.com about his little goings-ons.

Morally, yes he deserves all you can throw at him. Now from what I remember from AS level computing, it is an offence to gain unauthorised access and more. So basically, if you find a password, it doesn't give you the right to go using it.

But i'm no legal person so I could be wrong.

There's no reason for him to sue you, you haven't damaged systems that are critical to him, and for him to prove in court that you destroyed something highly important and mission critical to him will be hard enough to do.

Find out who the IP address is registered to (From that txt file on the FTP server), email them what you've discovered, and blow the whistle on him.

You'll then be hired by the FBI to do investigations for them, and will drive a Porsche too.
