My flatmate's moving out, so I need someone new!
I'm pretty quiet, and I spend a fair bit of time either at work/out/at girlfriend's place. When I'm home I just like to chill in front of the tele, or play PS2. Ideally you'll be quiet, but sociable enough to come out for a beer/dinner/shenanigans occasionally - oh and employed. No students please. Even better if you have boobies. :boobies:
Don't care about smoking or sexual preference. I'm a smoker, but smoke outside and am probably well on the way to quitting soon enough.
You'll get the second floor bedroom, which features double doors that give you an amazing 180 degree view of Melbourne. The room itself is quite spacious, with a huge built in wardrobe.
The apartment is for the most part furnished, however there is a bit of room for a kitchen table, coffee table, beer fridge etc downstairs. If you've got a washing machine, that'd be a bonus as I would love to blow up/beat the shit out of mine.
