Rather informal at this stage..will post/pm/mail a resume if anyone has anything going. Brief details.
Age:: 24 (25 in march)
Will be in Canada till September 01/06 and am looking for employment mainly in/around Vancouver. Am 6 weeks away from completing a full season here @ Big White as a Night Auditor and Front Desk attendant for the Hotel(s) here. (Season ends April 17th). Have much face-to-face and phone based cust service experience, also gained through previous employment at *** Internet for 5 years prior to coming to Canada and so also know my way around a pc...from what I can remember at any rate :P.
Would therefor be mostly interested in applying for jobs in two areas, either in hospitality or support.
However. If anyone also knows of any basic bartending/serving or bar-boy, bar-utility work going I'd also apply for that. I hold (unless it has expired *laugh* the Aussie RSA certification aswell as the "Serving it Right" Responsible Beverage Service Certification.
I'd pref to start work around early-mid May if possible thereby allowing a couple of weeks for travel/touristy stuff before settling back in Vancouver. Cheers in advance for any info.
